If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
It is important that upon receipt of your order, you inspect the shipment carefully first and ensure the condition of the shipment. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately the same day, take photos and mark on the carrier's packing slip any visible defects as "Received Damaged" or "Broken".
We do not accept returns due to transport defects after 24 hours of delivery according to current regulations.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
Returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not parts or components of them
Returned Products must not have been used, worn, soiled, washed or deteriorated and must not have obvious signs of use
Returned Products must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, with all their accessories and labels
Returns of products that cannot be offered for sale again will not be accepted, For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned e.g. Panties, Body's Trikinis, Bikinis
Nando Barcelona undertakes to also assume the initial shipping costs of the Products exclusively in case of damage of the same due to transport or shipping errors on the part of the Seller itself. Only in these cases, the Seller will also reimburse you the amount you have paid as shipping costs. The Seller will send an express courier to pick up the Product at the address you have indicated.
In the event that the goods were initially sent carriage paid, an amount of 10 € (VAT included) will be subtracted for mainland Spain and Portugal and 20€ in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, France and other EU countries.
Our policy at Nando Barcelona is easy. Contact our customer service, to proceed to formalize the change and manage shipments, or simply return the items you do not want to use the normal return process.
Of course, the product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging.
Apparel with additional screen printing or additional prints and paddles assembled at the customer's request are not eligible for exchange.
We do not accept exchanges of products that cannot be offered for sale again. For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged, e.g. panties, body's, trikinis, bikinis.
At any time, you can place a new order (by phone or e-mail to info@nandobarcelona.com) for the new product(s) you wish to purchase instead of the one you wish to exchange.
Once we receive the product(s), please allow 3-7 days for exchange for your new product(s).
The turnaround time for an exchange is 1 week.
To process the refund of your purchase, all products must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered, including all product label(s).
Nando Barcelona will reject items returned in unsaleable condition.
Once we receive the product(s), and accredit its correct condition, please allow 3-7 days to refund the value of your purchase by refunding the amount or creating a credit in your favor.
Remember that the shipping cost is non-refundable.
All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective.
To process the warranty Nando Barcelona needs to receive the product(s) source of defect for evaluation. Please follow the return instructions.
Nando Barcelona reserves the right not to accept exchanges, refunds, cancellations or make use of the warranty on any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute for non-payment of a previous order.
